IDBI Federal's plan for seniors

IDBI Federal has launched a term plan aimed at providing guaranteed cover to those above the age of 50 with premium as loan as Rs. 100 a month. According to a release, the plan can be bought by those upto the age of 85 years and comes with no-medical tests guaranteed acceptance and offers a life insurance cover for the whole life. In case of death of the insured person within two years from the commencement of the policy, the nominee will get 125 per cent of the total premium.
