PUDUKOTTAI: The State Minister for Adi Dravidar Welfare, N. Subramanian, inspected a hostel run by the department here on Saturday and inspected the facilities available there.
The Minister visited the kitchen and inspected the quality of food being given to students.
He advised hostel employees and the warden to keep the hostel clean and tidy.
Priority
Pointing out that the State government accorded priority for welfare schemes to benefit people from the scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and de-notified communities, the Minister asked the officials to pay attention to these schemes.
He advised employees attached to the hostel to keep the toilets clean.
