Hall tickets to be issued tomorrow

VELLORE: The Directorate of Government Examinations will be conducting special supplementary examinations from June 29 to July 9 for school-based candidates, who failed in one to three subjects in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC)/Oriental School Leaving Certificate (OSLC)/Matriculation public examinations held in March/April 2011 and private candidates who failed in one to three subjects in the above public examinations held in March/April 2011 and in previous years.

According to a release from K. Deenadayalu, Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, Vellore, school-based SSLC/OSLC/Matriculation candidates, who failed in one to three subjects and who applied through their schools for the special supplementary examinations could obtain their hall tickets in their respective schools on Monday and Tuesday.

Private candidates could obtain their hall tickets at the following schools on these days:

Cheyyar education district: St. Paul's High School, Cheyyar (both SSLC and Matriculation).

Tiruvannamalai education district: Thyagi N. Annamalai Pillai Government Higher Secondary School (HSS), Tiruvannamalai (SSLC) and Mount St. Joseph's HSS, Tiruvannamalai (Matric).

Tirupattur education district: TMS HSS, Tirupattur (SSLC) and Don Bosco HSS, Tirupattur (Matric).

Vellore education district: Don Bosco High School, Vellore (SSLC) and Holy Cross Matriculation HSS, Sathuvachari (Matric).
