VELLORE: Health Minister V.S. Vijay received 322 petitions from the public at the MLA's office here on Saturday. The petitions included 194 seeking old age pension, 18 seeking widow pension and assistance for the differently abled, 35 seeking medical assistance, 40 seeking employment, 15 seeking pattas and 20 seeking admission in schools and colleges. The petitions will be forwarded to the departments for scrutiny and action, a release said.
