Two houses burgled

VIZIANAGARAM: In separate incidents at Puligeddavari Street and Gollapeta at Kothapeta in the town, two houses, one of K. Suryanarayana Murty and the other that of M. Rambabu - were burgled and decamped with six tolas of gold ornaments, seven tolas of silver and Rs.30,000 cash. The thefts came to light only after the inmates returned home after attending functions between 6.30 p.m. on Thursday and 9 a.m. on Friday.

The II Town police are investigating.
