CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government on Saturday promoted eight IAS officers to the higher administrative grade of Rs.67,000-79,000 and issued their posting orders. They are Rajni Sekhri Sibal, Sanjeev Kaushal, V. S. Kundu, P. K. Das, Shashi Bala Gulati, R. R. Jowel and Dheera Khandelwal. Alok Nigam, on Central deputation, has been given pro forma promotion. The Government also issued transfer and posting orders for 19 other IAS officers. Rajni Sekhri Sibal has been posted as Director-General of Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurgaon, in place of P. K. Gupta. Sanjeev Kaushal has been posted as Haryana Power Generation Corporation CMD. V. S. Kundu goes as Industrial Training Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary. P. K. Das has been posted as Science & Technology Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary in place of Manik B. Sonawane. Shashi Bala Gulati has been posted as Printing & Stationery Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary; R. R. Jowel as Environment Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary; Dheera Khandelwal as Urban Local Bodies Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary; M. Kithan as Haryana Dairy Development Corporation Federation Managing Director; and Manik B. Sonawane as Social Justice & Empowerment Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary. Tourism Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary Maha Singh has been shifted to Forests & Wildlife Department. Hardeep Kumar, Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, will also temporarily look after Food & Supplies. Dhanpat Singh has been appointed Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary Tourism. Tarun Bajaj has been posted as Commissioner, Rohtak Division. T.V.S.N. Prasad, Chief Administrator, Haryana Agriculture Marketing Board, Panchkula, has been temporarily posted as Special Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management, in addition to his present assignment. Mahavir Singh, Director & Special Secretary, Employment, has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance, in addition to his present duties. Sant Kumar, Director, Industrial Training & Secretary, Lokayukta Office, has been posted as Transport Commissioner & Special Secretary, Transport. Vineet Garg has been posted as D-G & Special Secretary, Higher Education; Balbir Singh Malik as Director & Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies; Rakesh Gupta as Joint Secretary, Health, & Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission; Pradeep Kasni, Joint Secretary, Home, as Director, Industrial Training. Amit Kumar Agrawal, Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, will also temporarily look after the work of Deputy Commissioner, Jind. Phool Chand Meena, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, & Chief Administrator, Shree Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, Gurgaon, will also temporarily look after the work of Deputy Commissioner, Mewat. A. Sreenivas, Administrator, HUDA, Faridabad, will also temporarily look after the work of Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad. Mandip Singh Brar, State Project Director, Prathmik Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad & Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, will also look after the work of Director & Deputy Secretary, Primary Education. Ashok Kumar Meena, Additional Deputy Commissioner & CEO, District Rural Development Agency, Fatehabad, will also temporarily look after the work of Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad. Vinay Singh has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Home Department, Joint Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana & Deputy Secretary, Animal Husbandry.
