ONGOLE: The CPI(M)-led Kula Vivaksha Porata Samiti (KVPS) has express its shock over denial of entry for National Commission for Scheduled Castes Chairman P.L. Punia into a Kali temple at Ranapada village in Puri district of Orissa. In a statement here on Sunday, KVPS Prakasam district president K. Srinivasa Rao and secretary A. Malyadri demanded that stern action be taken against officials concerned by the Union and Orissa governments to stop discrimination against dalits.
