Programme inaugurated

KOCHI: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Sunday inaugurated the Capacity Exploration and Enabling Programme organised by BPCL and Nanma, an NGO. The contribution of the Kochi Refinery employees towards the welfare fund for the endosulfan victims was handed over to the Chief Minister at the function.
