KANNUR: Special mobile pre-paid and post-paid plans have been introduced by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) exclusively for jawans. Announcing the offers here on Monday, BSNL Kannur secondary switching area (SSA) General Manager S.S. Thampi said the schemes would allow the jawans to call their families and friends anywhere in the country. The Defence Security Corps and the 122 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) are stationed here.
