Shirdi Express to be restored after Rath Yatra

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Railway Board has agreed to restore the Shirdi Sai Nagar Express from the second week of July and to permit eight of the 12 trains being diverted via Duvvada into Visakhapatnam initially and the other diverted trains in a phased manner.

This assurance was given by the Railway Board Chairman Vivek Sahai and its Executive Director (Coaching) Mukesh Nigam to Rajya Sabha Member T. Subbarami Reddy when he met them in New Delhi on Monday.
