Police to send deportation notices to Government of Dubai to bring Shaik Jaleel Ahmed back Ahmed nursed grudge against Samsuddin, attacked him at Kachiguda a few months ago HYDERABAD: The murder plot of 33-year-old Samsuddin was hatched by his brother-in-law from Dubai, the police said on Monday after arresting four persons in the case. Among those arrested was Syed Abrar Hussain, 23, a close friend of the victim's brother-in-law Shaik Jaleel Ahmed, and three of his associates, the East Zone DCP Y. Gangadhar said at a press conference. Police are planning to send deportation notices to the Government of Dubai to bring Ahmed back to India. Grudge Ahmed and his family members were not happy after Samsuddin married his sister Asra Begum without their consent two years ago. “On learning that he was not looking after her well, Ahmed nursed a grudge against him and even attacked him with a stick at Kachiguda a few months ago,” the police said. The Kachiguda police arrested him in connection with the incident after registering a case against him. Ahmed later went to Dubai for work but wanted vengeance against Samsuddin and contacted Abrar for help. Hussain, in turn, sought the help of Syed Akhtar, 25, and Mohd. Waheed, 19, to execute the murder plan and engaged an autorickshaw driver, Ibrahim, for transportation them. After keeping tab on the movements of the victim for some days, the trio followed him in the autorickshaw on Friday morning. While Hussain sat in the three-wheeler with Ibrahim, Waheed hurled chilli powder on the victim when he stepped out of Axis bank ATM centre at Kachiguda. As Samsuddin tried to wipe his face, Akthar attacked him with an axe and later they fled in the autorickshaw. Tip-off On a tip-off, the Commissioner's Task Force (East) team led by Inspector R.G. Shiva Maruthy arrested Hussain and Akthar near zoo park at Bahadurpura. Based on their confession, the other two accused were arrested.
