PUDUCHERRY: District Magistrate and Collector G. Ragesh Chandra on Tuesday issued detention orders against two history sheeters under the Goondas Act. According to a release, Ilango and Iyyappan, were residents of Periyar Nagar and Priyadashani Nagar respectively. Both were involved in many criminal cases and have been lodged in the Central Prison in connection with one of the cases.
