KURNOOL: The police seized large quantity of red sanders logs at Biravole in Rudravaram mandal on Monday and Tuesday. The value of the seized timber was estimated at Rs. 20 lakh. One person was arrested in this connection. The logs were hidden a haystack. Venison confiscated In another incident, forest officials seized venison from a poacher gang at Siddhapuram in Atamkur mandal. A little meat of peacock was also recovered.
