Kozhikode: The Malabar Rail Users Association (MRUA) has urged Minister for Electricity and Railways Aryadan Mohammed to form a liaison committee involving MPs and representatives of the rail users associations to find a solution to the railway problems of the State. In a memorandum, the association stressed the need for a third line between Shoranur and Mangalore and speedy completion of the doubling work. It pointed out that many stations lacked even basic facilities.
