SANGAREDDY: Deputy Chief Minister C. Damodar Rajanarasimha urged Union Minister of State for Railways K.H. Muniyappa to expedite the proposal of laying a railway line between Patancheru and Akkannapet via Sangareddy, Jogipet, and Andol.
Mr. Damodar, along with MP Suresh Shetkar, and legislator T. Jayaprakash Reddy met Mr. Muniyappa in Delhi and made an appeal to him in this regard.
Mr. Damodar requested the Minister of State, who responded positively, to complete the proposed survey for laying the railway line within three months and sanction the amount in the next budget.
