Hassan
Hassan: The Hassan Fast Track Court has convicted three people of abducting a minor girl, and sentenced them to three years of rigorous imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs. 10,000 on each of them. The convicted are Somesha, Thammaiah and Mallesha of Hospet village in Sakleshpur taluk. The three had abducted a girl when she was returning from school at Belagodu in Sakleshpur taluk on February 5, 2003. The three were arrested later and the girl was rescued.
