Infosys first quarter results on July 12

MYSORE: Infosys Ltd. will announce results for its first quarter ending on June 30, on July 12.

The event will take place on the Infosys campus in Mysore. Following the announcement of the results, Infosys Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director S. Gopalakrishnan, board member and Chief Operating Officer S.D. Shibulal, and board member and Chief Financial Officer V. Balakrishnan, and other members of senior management will comment on the company's performance, the release added.

There will be a television address by Mr. Gopalakrishnan and Mr. Balakrishnan at 10 a.m. on business television channels, to be followed by a detailed discussion on CNBC-TV 18 as part of its Boardroom series at 10.15 a.m.

The release said that financial results will be made available to cellphone users in India through SMS. To access the highlights by SMS, one has to type “R” space “Infosys” or “Results space Infosys” and send it to 51818. The results will be available after 10 a.m.

The company will also conduct an hourlong conference call at 2 p.m. on July 12.
