Health camp in Ankola

Karwar: The experts from Kasturba Medical College Hospital in Manipal will participate in the taluk-level health camp organised by the Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust on Friday at the government taluk hospital in Ankola.
The duration of the camp is between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., according to a pres release from KMC. Through this camp the Suvarna Arogya Trust and KMC are extending the super specialty services to the public. All the BPL card holders can avail the services free of cost. Vajpayee Suvarna Arogya Trust reimburses the hospital for the hospitalisation expenses and even the follow-up costs are covered.
Dr. (Col.) R.R. Pulgaonkar, Medical Superintendent of KMC, urged the people to make use of the free health camp.
