A suggestion for expediting refunds

To facilitate easy tracking, tracing of tax refund cases, as coloured, say yellow form, may be introduced. The income-tax authorities can easily sift the yellow forms and process them first and facilitate quick refunds.

This is an interesting suggestion. It can only be hoped that the authorities do not turn colour-blind!
