STARGAZING

Comedy-action cocktail

Remember filmmaker `Thakkali' Srinivasan who faded out after Ashokavanam? He's back with the genre he's adept at - crime. "I had got into animation. Now I'm back and all set for my next comedy-cum-action thriller, Satru Mun Kidaitha Thagaval," says Srinivasan. Popular action choreographer `Kanal' Kannan's penchant for antics has already been seen in a few films, the most recent being Bheema. He is doing a solid role in Satru Mun . along with Sethu of STAR Vijay's Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru. And joining them is Ammuvaagiya Naan's Bharati. "We needed an actor who could be convincingly eccentric and Kannan fitted the bill. Bharati, as the woman frightened by his sudden presence in her house, has done a fabulous job," he adds.
