After they see their parents snatched by a pair of criminals, five young pups leap into action to reunite the family. Their journey brings them into contact with a variety of villains and friends, including a goat and a wise wolf. Starring the voices of Abigail Breslin, Dominic Scott Kay and Michael Clarke Duncan.

The Kingdom of Alagaesia is ruled by the evil King Galbatorix (John Malkovich), a former dragon rider who betrayed his people in his quest for power. When the orphan farm boy Eragon (Edward Speleers) finds a blue stone sent by Princess Arya (Sienna Guillory), he soon realises it is a dragon egg. When the dragon Saphira is born, Eragon meets his mentor Brom (Jeremy Irons). He becomes the dragon rider foreseen in an ancient prophecy, a warrior who would set his people free from Galbatorix. Eragon meets the rebel Varden and together they fight against the evil sorcerer Durza (Robert Carlyle) and the army of Galbatorix in a journey for freedom.

After he’s kicked out of the FBI for his rough treatment of a suspect, former agent Mark Kaminsky (Arnold Schwarzenegger) winds up as the sheriff of a small town in North Carolina. FBI Chief Harry Shannon, whose son has been killed by a mobster named Patrovina (Sam Wanamaker), enlists Kaminsky in a persona vendetta. If the mafia boss is taken down, Shannon promises to reinstate Kaminsky back into the FBI. To gain access to Patrovina, Kaminsky must go undercover and join his gang.

Steve Martin plays the proud patriarch of the Baker family in this sequel. This time, all 12 Baker kids and their parents, Tom (Steve Martin) and Kate (Bonnie Hunt) are going on a vacation, returning to their summer cabin in Wisconsin for one last hurrah before the kids go their separate ways. As the family arrives at their old house, however, they realise some things have changed. Tom’s old high school rival, Jimmy Murtaugh (Eugene Levy), now owns much of the surrounding area and is raising his large family in a huge home across the lake from the Bakers. The longstanding competition between the two families — or at least the fathers — mounts over the course of their vacation, as the two men resort to a game of one-upmanship.
