Funky grooves

What is it that makes the Vishal-Yuvan Shankar Raja combination so deadly? Hits such as Sandakozhi, Thimiru and Thamirabharani. The duo now comes together again for Theeratha Vilayattu Pillai.

So, how different are the songs in this film? Says Vishal, shooting in New Zealand for a song: “Our association has been meaningful. I go to Yuvan with a film if there is something in it for him, and he delivers more than what I expect. The film is a different kind of journey for me, and so, the structure, genre, sound and the song situations are different too — this is definitely more funky.”
