A new ‘direction' for Dia?

Dia Mirza, who has just finished the shooting of her first co-production Love Breakups Zindagi, has her sights set on direction next. Dia says, “I have always thought of direction even when I was acting.”

Right now, Dia is most pleased with herself for having pulled off her first film as a producer.

She reveals, “I didn't know it would be such an enormous task to be a producer.”

The experience has sensitised Dia to the travails of filmmaking and she passionately says, “I wish people could spend more days on a film set; they would come to know that to get one frame right there are 300 people working on it.”
