Spanish course
Centro Latino has started registrations for Spanish language classes with a native speaker of Spanish. The classes will be on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m to 10.30 a.m. at Indiranagar, Bangalore, starting from August 28.

T. John College, Bangalore, which offers graduate, postgraduate and diploma courses in various subjects, has launched an academic journal, Samyoga (convergence).
The idea behind the monthly journal, according to B.L. Srinivasa Prasad, Head, Statistics Department of the college, is to bridge the gap between market needs and the curriculum.
The journal publishes articles on computer application, biotechnology, hotel management, business management and other applied subjects. The first issue has articles on bio-terrorism by B.S. Mohan; telemedicine by Ms. Balaji; etiquette- table manners by Sunil Varghese; relevance of corporate communications to higher education institutions by Ramesh G. Tagat and Rajesh P. Naik; Rashtra Basha — ek vishleshan by Shikha Tiwari and others.
