THE BANGALORE Management Assocation (BMA), for the first time, is bringing the 13th international management film festival to Bangalore for the benefit of the corporate sector and future managers.

"Power to change" suggests techniques for finding the courage to "do it now", for focussing your energies for making a commitment to your own destiny that will enable you to take charge of your life.
"Why change?" questions the basic perspective and mindset that individuals have because they do not wish to change. It challenges assumptions and beliefs.
Using a simple, direct approach, the film's understated humour reinforces the concept of change and why there will always be change.
