IPE national conference
INSTITUTE OF Public Enterprise (IPE) is conducting a national conference on November 26, 27 on its premises, Osmania University campus.
The main aim of the conference is to focus on enterprise resource planning, distributed database applications, data mining and data warehouses, strategic decision support systems, knowledge management, business processes re-engineering. Security, freedom and privacy, B2B and B2C applications, e-Business, e-Banking and web-based supply chain management, e-Learning and e-Governance, extranet business applications, Intranet for business process management experiences and post-implementation issues will be discussed.

Study Circle offers training
ANDHRA PRADESH Study Circle for Backward Classes has asked for applications from candidates belonging to BCs, SCs and STs for training to appear for the UPSC prelims slated to be held in 2005. The last date for sending applications is November 20 and an entrance test will be held on November 28 between 3 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. Classes will commence on December 1.

Course on PC hardware
A FOUR-week short-term course on `PC hardware and trouble shooting' is being offered by Institution of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineers, Hyderabad Centre, Osmania University campus, from November 17 to December 15. Classes will be conducted in the evenings with faculty drawn from local research and development labs, industries and educational institutions with hands-on experience. PG diploma in business management
THE LAST date for submitting filled application forms for the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) 2005-2007 of the Institute of Public Enterprise is November 27.
