P.B. SIDDHARTHA COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE:

Life is a game, which offers immense possibilities. If played well and in the right spirit, we can win fabulous gifts. It is a "give-and-take" relationship.

You have to explore carefully life's myriad opportunities. Ultimately, he surely wins who honestly tries and plays it fair.

The secret of success and happiness is not in doing what one likes but in liking what one has to do. We must live to achieve some objective, have a purpose and strive hard keeping that purpose in view. You have the right to have everything in the world. There is no limit. The only limit is set by your own desire, ambition, hard work and plenty of steam to drive you forward to win success.

You and you alone are the master of your fate, captain of your soul, and dispenser of your density. The beginning of life you want to lead decides first as to what precisely you want in life. This is the basic step you have to take in making a success of your life. You will definitely have ideas of your own to develop yourself. You will have to apply then to be effective. Most of the time, we do not use our brains at all. At other times, we use them to their minimum capacity. Strengthen the harmony of mind and body. If you believe in the saying "Knowledge is power", well pursue it and apply it to achieve success. Without the will to use our creative brain, we would have never been able to reach present-day modern world. Don't copy others. Because it never works. What works for others won't necessarily work for you. Follow the natural principles of success and believe in your own potential.

One might think that the most important factors in a successful person are luck, rich parents and social contacts. But all this is not essential. To succeed, you need to beat all shortcomings. Make effective use of your time, energy and available resources. Relax, train your mind and body to function as a single unit. So that what your brain creates, the mind is ready to execute. Learning is the foundation of true success. It may be a new process for you, learn from your own past mistakes. Never surrender to your mistakes. Failures highlight your misjudgements and errors.

Understanding acts as a key to open the operating window of mind. It enriches self-knowledge and offers an opportunity to take a break. Absorb and assimilate the present and help to plan a prosperous future rather than continue to live in false hopes. Don't allow yourself to get distracted and discouraged by insignificant things in life.

Through sincere efforts, dedication and true actions, you can win the fruits of success whatever be your past failures. So, to learn -- simply read on, and to understand -- concentrate, open your mind, absorb and assimilate. Continue to practise the right actions. Make sure the goals you are trying to achieve are realistic and worth your time and attention. Ask yourself, "Do they really matter to you?"
