PSG courses in textiles, spinning

The PSG Industrial Training Institute will offer two-year programmes in spinning, weaving and textile mechatronics from this year. The PSG ITI has decided to introduce three courses from this year - spinning, weaving and textile mechatronics which will commence next month. The Southern India Mills' Associationwill help getting machinery for the courses and the institute will provide the land, building and faculty.

A few textile machinery manufacturers in Coimbatore have come forward to supply machinery for these programmes. Candidates will be sponsored by the industry so that they don't have to search for opportunities after completing the course.
