Career in Information Technology for Plus-Two is a compilation of some of the more popular subjects and degree courses that come under the expanding field of IT and the jobs that they could lead to. In the first few chapters, the book attempts to give a brief account of IT and the kind of employment that it provides. It then lists institutions offering bachelor's degrees in Computer Applications, IT, Information Science, Computer Science and e-Commerce.

There is a separate listing of technical degrees coming under IT by state. This is by no means a comprehensive guide because it does not have a uniformly exhaustive database. What it does is provide an introduction to the possibilities and a list of institutions, some of them accompanied by contact information. Price: Rs. 75.
