Madras Management Association (MMA) and All India Management Association (AIMA) have launched non-residential programmes for human resource managers, entrepreneurs and executives on the concepts ‘What Every Manager should know of Employment Laws Including Recent Judgement on Employment Laws’ and ‘Managing the Contract Labour — Issues, Concerns, Problems & Remedies’ from July 4 to 7 (9.30am - 5.30 p.m.) at Hotel GRT Grand, Chennai.
The objective of the programme is to train managers and executives on important issues like employment laws including the latest judgements and case laws, a press release said. The scope of this programme includes all critical functional aspects and is designed to offer intensive learning opportunities with emphasis on practical aspects of management.
Leading experts in the field of employee relations, Michael Dias, secretary, Employer’s Association, and R. Gera, director, Management Development Centre from New Delhi, will be the guest lecturers for these two programmes.
