Softsmith Infotech, an ISO certified software company, is conducting a free written test and interview for the post of ‘Software Engineer-Trainee’ at Andhra University’s College of Engineering in Vishakhapatnam on September 30.
Engineering graduates in the streams of computer science, information technology, electrical and electronics, telecommunication, instrumentation and mechanical engineering or post-graduates with MCA, MBA (systems/information technology) or M.Sc (computer science/mathematics/physics/statistics) qualifications who passed out in 2005 or 2006 with a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate are eligible to write the test.
They will be tested for their skills in C programming and aptitude.
Interested candidates can send their applications accompanied by a hard copy of their resume and two passport size photographs to A.S. Vijay, Assistant H.R. Manager, Softsmith Infotech (P) Ltd., 1C, Block I, Bajaj Apartments, 5th Main Road, Nandanam Extension, Chennai – 600035.

Shortlisted candidates will get an admit card with the date, time and place of written test.
Selected candidates will be placed either in Chennai or in Bangalore with a salary package of Rs.1.38 lakh per annum.
