Off-shore courses
Fulfilling the long pending demand of expatriates to learn Dravidian languages in their “home” countries, the Dravidian University has decided to start off-shore courses in post-graduation in Singapore and Malaysia in collaboration with higher education institutions there.
Vice-Chancellor G. Lakshminarayana said students would have the opportunity to study for one year in those countries and another year at the university.
Two-year proficiency courses would be offered in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Tulu.
