Be an original writer
S.R.B. RAO
LEARNING CURVE: Students should be able to reflect their originality in their writings.
K.B.N. College: Right from college days, one should aim at sharpening their skills in writing various documents and forms.
The sole objective of skill acquisition should be to become an original writer and display some honesty in self-expression.
Only when such practices are followed, one can get credibility and acceptance in various jobs and organisations.
These days, students tend to treat Internet browsing as a great joy and copy from the web pages with freedom.
But it does not mean that they can go about using the same material at the risk of their originality in putting forward their own views.
One can take quotes from the web pages and enrich the meaning of one’s passage rather than solely relying on others’ ideas and writings.
In my opinion, every student should strive to acquire basic standards in writing so that they can display enough skills to the future employers.
They should be able to reflect their originality in their writings and follow this practice even when filling applications and various other forms during daily transactions.
In almost all cases, recruiters and employers will appreciate originality and honesty rather than glossy excellence borrowed from other sources and overuse of far-fetched phrases.
Be innovative
To achieve originality, we must shun laziness in our mindset and thoughts so that we can think of innovative ideas and start bringing fresh air into our methods of self-expression in every way possible.
For this, one should have some dedication and that ultimate urge to do something that is original.
This should be on a continuous and long-lasting basis and not ad hoc.
Original writers spend hours on work so as to gather the right kind of information and supporting material.
If such a home work is not done, one will be forced to depend on other sources of information like the Internet and straightaway copy from it. In paper presentations, ideas copied from other sources may look odd but their use as supporting material will bring brightness and originality to students’ work.
Hard work
It is through perseverance and hard work alone one can display real excellence and universally acceptable talent.
