Ingredients for success
Soft skills along with core engineering skills are essential for success. Students coming from varied social backgrounds need to develop these skills but they are unable to do so due to non-availability of a suitable platform to share knowledge. To fill the gap, students at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology (SVIT), Secunderabad, launched the Vivekananda Students Forum (VSF).
The launch of VSF was followed by a hilarious audio-visual with amusing dramatisation of the trials and tribulations of an engineering student lost in the world of lectures, exams, books, seminars and projects that appear unfathomable and daunting. The chief guest K. Anil Kumar later launched the forum’s blog - www.vsfsvit.blogspot.com.
