Emerald’s holds management meet

Emerald’s Advanced Institute of Management Sciences conducted “Panchajanya”, a management meet last week in which 40 teams from 25 colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu took part.

hnologies, Hyderabad, appealed to the students to focus on improving their personality and soft skills at this juncture. Emerald’s Directors Viswanath and Giridhar Reddy spoke, while Principal K. Chengaiah Chetty presided. Events like ‘Padmavyuham’ (Young Manager), ‘Avadhana’ (Business quiz), Vinoothna Srushti (Innovative product), ‘Ayojanam’ (Project proposal), ‘Abhinaya’ (Role Play) and ‘Pradeepanam’ (Ad Zap) were conducted for the participants.
Silver jubilee fete
The Government Junior College at Chavatagunta in Chittoor district celebrated its Silver Jubilee in the form of a grand function last Wednesday. Superintendent of Police K. Lakshmi Reddy, who took part as the chief guest, took the audience into a state of trance with his poetic expressions when he went nostalgic into his student days.
