'Siddhartha Sahaaya' scholarships
The Alumni of Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College and Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education, Vijayawada have announced ‘Siddhartha Sahaaya’ scholarships for deserving students, those who chose to join the colleges from present academic year.
Students can get a minimum of Rs.15,000 scholarship per year to a maximum of full tuition fee waiver for entire course, based on the need. Students should have passed their Class X and Intermediate with more than 80 per cent marks in a single attempt, to qualify for the scholarship.
The boys and girls should get less than 5,000 and 10,000 ranks in EAMCET-2009 respectively. Scholarship is open to all and those who have studied in government, Zilla Parishad, municipal, government-aided school and the school runs by NGOs will be preferred, it said.
