‘On Track’

Bosch Limited has organised a programme called “On Track” in Bangalore to provide industrial training to engineering students. Around 850 students from across India are participating in this three-day affair.

Christain Budczinski, Vice-President, National HR Coordination of Bosch Limited, said “The job is not just to train the students with theory, but also give practical experience, so that the students could see how things function.” The programme is a collaborative effort of all Bosch companies in India.

Bernad Kiefer,Vice-President, Quality and Application Engineering, Bosch Limited, said “Bosch has developed an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) and ‘Start Stop.’ This technology is used in many cars. Students would be given an opportunity to know about this technology in a demo car.”
