Private sector banks also have been recruiting in a number of ways. The qualifications of B.Com and MBA in Finance, Banking, Marketing, and Actuarial Science will surely help. The qualifications of CA and ICWA will also help the learner prepare for the higher echelons of banking administration both in the nationalised and private sector banks. Hence, plan appropriately.

I completed Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1987. I am working in a private construction company in Bangalore. After some years the company stopped giving me promotions, on the grounds that I do not possess a graduation. Please suggest a course that will help me to achieve not only a qualification, but also get information and thereby satisfy the requirements of the company where I work in.
