ASBM starts second PG Diploma batch
The second batch of Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Management of the Asian School of Business Management, Hyderabad was commenced on its campus recently.
Former MD of SBH, Amitabh Guha, while inaugurating the programme, asked the students to imbibe the competitive spirit from the beginning, since competition is the flavour of life and it ultimately brings out the best in them.
He highlighted the fact that students have a greater responsibility of taking forward the Indian economy.
Biswajeet Pattanayak, Group Director of ASBM advised the students to maintain the right attitude and cited the vivid example of late C. K. Prahalad, the management guru par excellence for his concept of ‘fortune at the bottom of pyramid'.
M. Ramakrishna, Managing Director, ZCS Consultancy advised the students to have ethics and morals.
C. Ramakrishna, Executive Director, AMDISA and Jyotirmaya Mohanty, Director; D. P. Sharma, Dean also spoke.
NIT applications
NIT, Rourkela, has invited applications for admission to its M.Tech., Ph.D. programmes in various disciplines.
