Media courses at C-DIT

The Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT) has invited applications for admission to the following courses in media studies. The courses provide in-depth knowledge hands-on training and field experience in various aspects of media production.

Postgraduate courses in science and development communication, multimedia design, animation film designing.

Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to science graduates with 50 per cent marks for selection to the sciences and development communication PG diploma course. B.Tech. / BFA graduates will get preference for selection to multimedia design course and BFA graduates will be preferred for animation film designing programme.

Post graduate diploma in television production management and marketing, television and new media journalism. Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply.

Diploma courses in digital media production, web design and development, sound engineering. Those who have passed Plus Two in any subject combination are eligible to apply.

Certificate courses in digital still photography, non-linear editing, videography. Students who have passed SSLC  or equivalent examination is eligible to apply.

Application form and other details can be downloaded from the web site www.cditcourses.org.

Duly filled in application along with application  fee and true copies of relevant certificates should be sent to the C-DIT before June 30. C-DIT shall give placement assistance to those who successfully complete these programmes.

Film technology

 SRM Sivaji Ganesan Film Institute, Vadapalani, Chennai, has invited application for admission to its three-year B.Sc. film technology courses in direction, cinematography, editing, graphic and animation, and sound engineering.

One year diploma course in film-acting is also offered at the institute. Those who have passed Plus Two examination in any group or subject combination are eligible to apply.
