Happy appoints a new teacher, Lallu Mishra for Goldie as he thinks Raj is spoiling Goldie. But Lallu turns out to be a fraud and fools Happy. Irritated, Raj, Amisha and Goldie plot against Lallu and he is arrested under charges of robbery. And Happy starts liking Raj.
