Tirtha aradhana

THE ANNUAL general body meeting of Sri Narayana Tirtha Swamigal Trust will be conducting the 259th aradhana celebrations of Swami Narayana Tirtha at Tirupoonthuruthy for four days (February 13-16, 2005). On the inaugural day, music concerts will be broadcast live by All India Radio, Tiruchi between 10 and 11 p.m. and will be relayed by all the stations of AIR.

The Trust invited applications from aspiring musicians and accompanying artistes who are willing to take part in the Aradhana celebrations at their own expense. They should be well versed in singing tharangams. They may send their bio-data to the secretary, Sri Narayana Tirtha Swamigal Trust, Old No. 64/2 New No. 10/2, II Main Road, R. A. Puram, Chennai - 600 028 (Ph: 2493 6671).

The last date for applications is January 7, 2005.

Donations to the trust are welcome in the form of cheque/DD, sent to the above address.
