Major Saab

(STAR Gold, Friday, 20.00)

Major Jasbir Singh Rana (Amitabh Bachchan) trains cadets to become officers in the National Defence Academy. A spoilt brat Virendra Pratap Singh (Ajay Devgan) joins the academy. Little does he know that the major is a strict disciplinarian who vows to train him and make him a soldier. Thus starts a war between the two.

Virendra falls in love with Nisha (Sonali Bendre). But her father gets her engaged to the son of a leading businessman. Nisha discloses her desire to marry Virendra which triggers a duel between Virendra and Nisha's father.

Major Saab helps Virendra in his endeavour and ultimately wins changing Virendra in to a good personality.
