Avatara Utsavam

THE AVATARA Mahotsavam of Thirukachchi Nambigal, Vaishnava saint, will be celebrated at Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple in Poonamallee, the Seer's avatara sthalam, on February 18 (today). The celebration in progress from February 9 includes daily Thirumanjanam for the moolavar idol of Nambigal and procession on various mounts. On February 18 Thiruvoimozhi will be recited.
