Natyanjali festival
SRI NATARAJA Natyanjali Trust, Chidambaram, will celebrate the 24th Natyanjali dance festival from March 8 to 12 at Sri Natarajar temple, Chidambaram.
At Kumbakonam: Eminent and aspiring artistes (both music and dance) will participate in this year's Sivarathri dance festival to be held in Kumbakonam from March 6 to 8. The three-day fest will be held at Sri Adhikumbeshwarar temple.
At Mylapore: Natyanjali Trust, has organised a series of dance recitals on March 8. The Mahasivarathiri Dance Festival to be held at Apparswamy Koil, Mylapore, will feature dance performances by both the aspiring and eminent artistes.

The Chidambaram Natyanjali festival can be seen around the world. The five-day festival, in its 24th year, is to be web cast daily by KutcheriBuzz.com, web site for classical music and dance in South India.
The prime time performances on stage can be seen on the Net from about10 p.m. IST. While the performances on Sivaratri night, March 8, will be web cast for about three hours, on the rest of the days, it will be web cast for about 90 minutes. All segments of the Natyanjali festival will be available free for about three weeks on the KutcheriBuzz web site.
This is the first time that the Natyanjali is being broadcast to the world in association with the Natyanjali Trust, Chidambaram.
KutcheriBuzz covers the dance fest closely and posted on the web site now are the schedules of the Natyanjalis in Chidambaram, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Kumbakonam and Chennai. VCDs on the previous festivals at Chidambaram are also available.
