Olfactory treat

Sa.Ra. Govindu's film Gunna (The Scar) has set a landmark in technology; it is something that even sets off the olfactory nerves of Kannada film buffs. The technology helps audience feel the select smell, such as the fragrance of a flower as they watch the heroine adorn her hair with flowers on screen. The audience of Gunnaare in for a package of smells, claims Govindu. The film, directed by Dwarki, will be screened and "smelt by the filmgoers" from today, across the State.
