Jayanth Paranje directs Balakrishna and Charmi for yet another romantic blockbuster.

LOVE STORY Katrina Kaif provides the third angle in the film.
The monsoon is playing hide and seek. Like the romancing lead pair of P.B. Art Production's Prod. No. 3 (untitled hence the number).
The day temperature is still soaring. But the atmosphere is pleasant inside the upper middle class house set at Ramakrishna Horticulture Cine Studios away from the din and buzz of the capital.
Spotted on the sets are Balakrishna and Charmi besides director Jayanth C. Paranje and producer M.R.V. Prasad who leads a 100-member unit for his most expensive and expansive venture till date.
His earlier productions include Balagopaludu and Sultan, both with Bala in the lead. Art director Ashok has retained the austere middle class aura in that tastefully done up room where the shoot is being held.
After listening attentively to the director, Balakrishna and Charmi re enact the light romantic scene as Ajay Vincent's camera whirls to copy it into the film.
With Jayanth, the working pattern is different. No shouts... No snarls... No show offs.
"Even while working on Lakshminarasimha I had the urge to do one more film with Balakrishna. He infuses an atmosphere of enthusiasm on the sets that soon becomes infectious .
This story by Paruchuri Brothers (screenplay and dialogue as well ) is written keeping in mind the image Balakrishna has among the audiences .
But at the same time it offers scope to create a new style both in content and execution. Even the two heroines Katrina Kaif and Charmi have meaningful roles and are not just treated as glam dolls. ," informs Jayanth.
Among the two heroines, who plays the village belle and who plays the city girl is anybody's guess.
Looking graceful in cottons, Balakrishna relaxes in a settee for a while before the next shot is announced .
He turns 46 this June and celebrates his 25th year in reel life alike.
"It is like yesterday," he quips in and then continues about his present project. "For most of my films, stories emanate from the central character.
Here I have something more challenging, more interesting and more exciting to offer. It is basically a treatment-oriented subject.
My role has a perfect blend of all the navarasas. It is offbeat within the commercial gamut.
That's the reason I have been telling that I haven't done such a role before. And Jayanth's style matches with my own image."
"With Mass I have acquired a successful mass heroine image.
Now I am doing a film with one more top hero. This film will get me a different mass image," observes Charmi.
"Balakrishna is very encouraging and helpful in improving my timing and my diction for the dialogue. It is a great learning experience and a challenge too to act opposite him," she explains.
"For a month we shot in Ooty a few scenes and a song (composed by Manisharma). Then we went to Austria to film three duets on the hero and the two heroines. In this non-stop schedule, we will be completing most of the talkie portions and also a song on Katrina Kaif and Balakrishna in specially created sets," says M.R.V. Prasad, as the whole unit is hopeful of a romance the box office, come September.
