Jaya TV in Malaysia



NEW VENTURE: At the launch function.

Jaya TV has recently joined hands with Malaysia's Astro All Asia Network.

With this tie-up, the Tamil population living in South East Asia will be able to view Jaya TVon Astro Vanavil Channel. The test telecast happened on April 14 and after successful results, the channel went on air.

Inaugurated by actor Kamal Hassan in Kuala Lumpur, eminent personalities of Malaysia took part in the function. Jaya TV's top management personnel Muraliraman, vice president (P&O), K. Balaswaminathan, vice president, marketing, S. Ranganathan, vice-president (A&L) and K. P. Sunil, vice president, News Division were present in Malaysia during the inaugural function. The channel is also available on Pehla direct-to-home (DTH) platform through Arab Digital Distribution Company since late last year.
