Fantasy filmed

Vinayan's recent Malayalam fantasy that had more than 300 dwarfs acting in the film, made quite an impact. The Tamil version, `Arpudha Theevu,' will include Manivannan, Vaiyapuri and Karunas. Many of the scenes are being re-shot with Tamil actors. Prithviraj (of `Kana Kandaen') is playing a significant role. "As soon as I watched the Malayalam film, I felt that such a differently conceived idea will be well received here, and I approached Vinayan," says Gopalakrishnan, one of its producers.
