Yoga classes

Swami Satyananda Yoga Vidya Ashram, West Mambalam (Ph: 2474 6974/94440-01410) is conducting month-long yoga classes from September 4 at Bala Vidya H.S. School.

The classes, conducted by Sannyasi Krishnayogam, disciple of Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati, from 5.30 - 7 a.m., are free and aimed at physical, mental and spiritual health.

Drama

SHI-BA Sangeetha Sabha and Padmavisaka creations have jointly organised a drama programme on September 3 at Kamakoti Kalyana Mandapam, Villivakkam.
